ABSTRACT
The significance of history in shaping a people's cultural identity cannot be overstated. It provides a window into the past, present, and potentially even the future of a group, helping to cultivate a deeper understanding and appreciation of their traditions and cultural practices. This research critically examines the historical origins and development of Adigbe Annual Fishing Festival in the Ossiama Kingdom, tracing its journey from inception to the present day. The study offers a historical overview of the Ossiama people, detailing their origins, migration patterns, settlement, and geographical location. It explores the founding of the Ossiama community, attributed to "Asiyai" or "Ossi," one of Oyakiri's sons, who, following a dispute with his brothers, left and settled in the present-day Ossiama area. Today, the Ossiama Kingdom consists of four autonomous communities: Ossiama Town, Ogbopulo-ama, Awe-ama, and Ogbunu-ama, all of which make up the Kingdom. The research also delves into the ancient Adigbe Lake's origin and the festival's evolution, charting its growth from a rotational celebration held by each community to the current collective approach. However, in light of contemporary modernization, the study emphasizes the need for innovations to elevate this long-standing festival to the level of other renowned global events.

ABSTRACT
Objective study This is to describe and analyze the developed minapolitan area as a center growth economy area in the Probolinggo Regency along with factors supporters and inhibitors in its implementation through studies implementation policy Regulation Regent Probolinggo number 35 of 2014 concerning the minapolitan area Development Masterplan Probolinggo Regency. Location study was done in minapolitan area located in 7 sub-districts in the Probolinggo Regency that is Subdistrict Tongas, District Sumberasih, District Dringu, District Gending, District Pajarakan, District Kraksaan, and District Paiton. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using descriptive qualitative covering data collection, data reduction, data display, and data extraction conclusion/verification. Human values are a core value for every human being. Humanity will help people live together peacefully, will help people find the meaning of their lives. To effectively educate humanities for students, first of all, each school must be a truly humane environment, must innovate the educational mechanism and method. At the same time, it is necessary to find the compatibility of the value standards taught in the school with the natural development law of society to strengthen the belief in values in students. Therefore, research to continue educating and spreading humanity to students today is extremely necessary in both theory and practice, in order to contribute to building and nurturing generations of Vietnamese students who are perfect in personality with national and humanistic values suitable for the development of the new era.

ABSTRACT
This study investigates and compares various university ranking systems, particularly considering the unique situation of Bangladesh. With the rise of globalization and emphasis on research in the knowledge-based economy, university rankings have gained significant attention. However, different organizations use diverse criteria and methodologies, leading to discrepancies in ranking positions. This research employed a two-phase approach. The first phase involved a systematic literature review focusing on globally used indicators and methodologies for university rankings. This phase revealed that research-related indicators hold the highest weightage (67.93%) in most ranking systems. Subsequently, the second phase utilized active ranking algorithms to explore the findings from the first phase. The study concludes that research output significantly influences a university's ranking and competitiveness globally. Considering Bangladesh's lower publication volume compared to other nations, adopting a ranking system like QS or THEWUR could be beneficial. This system aligns with the global focus on research output and could incentivize research efforts within Bangladeshi universities.

ABSTRACT
Strategic curriculum delivery initiatives in schools helps in identifying emerging trends and anticipate future challenges, allowing them to prepare and respond proactively so as to bring change in students’ academic performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which strategic curriculum delivery initiatives influence academic performance. The study employed a descriptive survey design. Data was analysed both qualitatively and quantitatively. Qualitative data on interview schedules were organized based on research objectives and themes of study. Data was presented using percentages, means and frequency distribution tables for easier interpretation. This study’s findings were: The strategic curriculum delivery initiatives have got very good influence on academic performance at national and extra county schools, good at county schools and below average at sub-county secondary schools. The study, concluded that, National and Extra- County secondary schools have very good influence of strategic curriculum delivery initiatives on academic performance compared to county and sub-county secondary schools hence, the influence of the strategic curriculum delivery initiatives varies depending on the category of the school.

ABSTRACT
The research objective of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of the Priority Policy for the Use of Village Funds based on the Fakfak Regent's Regulation Number 20 of 2022 concerning the Amount and Priority of the Use of Village Funds for the 2022 Fiscal Year and the driving and inhibiting factors in Tanama Village, Pariwari District, Fakfak Regency, the research approach used will be used through a naturalistic (qualitative) approach with a descriptive level of explanation. The research location is in Tnama Village, Pariwari District, Fakfak Regency, West Papua. The data sources are primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Milles and Michael Huberman's Data Analysis (Interactive Model) technique was used for data analysis techniques in this research. From the results of this research, it was found that the Policy Implementation Process of Fakfak Regent Regulation Number 20 of 2022 concerning the Amount and Priority of the Use of Village Funds for the 2022 Fiscal Year in Tanama Village, Pariwari District, Fakfak Regency, is by the indicators according to Edward III which consist of Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure has been implemented well. However, there are still several obstacles that can still be overcome.

ABSTRACT
This research article investigates the relationship between people marketing strategies and user satisfaction within university libraries in central Uganda. Given the increasing competition among academic libraries for user engagement and service delivery, understanding how people-oriented marketing approaches can enhance user satisfaction becomes crucial. The objectives of this study are: to analyze the people marketing strategies employed by selected university libraries, assess user satisfaction levels, explore the relationship between marketing strategies and user satisfaction, and determine the influence of these strategies on the overall satisfaction of library users. A mixed-methods approach was used, involving quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. Findings indicated a positive (0.185-0.509) and significant (P≤0.01) correlation between effective people marketing strategies and higher user satisfaction levels. Staff availability (12.463, P≤0.009), capacity to guide users (3.583, P≤0.000) communication skills (0.605, P≤0.001), effective rapport with users (37.351, P≤0.058), and support in utilization of new technologies (3.283, P≤0.007), among others, were the major determinants of user library satisfaction. The study therefore emphasized the need for library administrations to adopt comprehensive marketing approaches focusing on interpersonal relationships and user-centric services.
