Publication Ethics

PUBLICATION ETHICS

·       EAS Journals follows highest practices defined by the COPE (Committee of Publication Ethics) for editors.

·       Our journals are ready to harvest views and suggestion of authors and editorial board members to improve the quality.

·       For quality Purpose, we follow the double-blind peer reviewing methods to ensuring the quality and fair publication.

·       We always designate the reviewing process to our suitable editorial board members.

·       We follow different processes, which encourage the accuracy and clarity of research papers and include technical editing if required.

Ethics topics to consider:

Authorship of the paper: Authorship should be limited to those who have made a contribution to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the reported study.

Originality and plagiarism: The author(s) should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the author(s) have used the words of others that this has been appropriately quoted.

Data access and retention: Author(s) may be asked to provide the raw data in connection with a paper for editorial review, and should be prepared to provide public access to such data.

Multiple, redundant or concurrent publication: An author should not in publish manuscripts describing essentially the same research in more than one journal or primary publication. EAS Journals does not view the following uses of a work as prior publication: publication in the form of an abstract; publication as an academic thesis; or publication as an electronic preprint. Information on prior publications is included within each EAS Journals journal's Guide for Authors. Acknowledgment of sources: Appropriate acknowledgment.

Disclosure and conflicts of interest: All submissions must include disclosure of all relationships that could be viewed as presenting a potential conflict of interest.

Fundamental errors in published works: When an author discovers a significant error or inaccuracy in his/her own published work, it is the author's obligation to promptly notify the journal editor or publisher and cooperate with the editor to retract or correct the paper.

Reporting standards: Authors of reports of original research should present an accurate account of the work performed as well as an objective discussion of its significance.

Hazards and human or animal subjects: Statements of compliance are required if the work involves chemicals, procedures or equipment that has any unusual hazards inherent in their use, or if it involves the use of animal or human subjects.

Use of patient images or case details: Studies on patients or volunteers require ethics committee approval and informed consent, which should be documented in the paper.

Authorship Changes: The authorship changes are concerned in the following conditions:-

1.     To add a corresponding author before publication of the manuscript.

2.     To remove a corresponding author before publication of the manuscript.

3.     To add a corresponding author after the publication of the manuscript.

4.     To remove a corresponding author after the publication of the manuscript.

To change the authorship of a manuscript our process are as follows:-

·        Need to provide a valid reason(s) for changing in the authorship of the article.

·        All authors should agree on the change of authorship details. If all agree the authorship will be changed.

If not agree, the article will be in the same position until all authors are agree to change in authorship.

REFUND POLICY

By submitting a manuscript and/or making any payment to EAS Publisher, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this Refund Policy.

Article Processing Charges (APCs)

EAS Publisher operates on an open-access publishing model. Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, authors (or their institutions/funders) are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC). These charges are used to cover costs associated with:

        Peer-review coordination and management

        Professional copyediting and proofreading

        XML typesetting and formatting

        Online hosting and digital archiving

        DOI registration and indexing services

        Administrative and editorial overhead

Withdrawal Policy

Non-Refundability of Accepted/Published Article Fees

Fees paid for accepted/published articles are non-refundable. Once a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication and payment has been received or invoiced, EAS Publisher will have already committed substantial administrative, editorial, and technical resources to the processing of that article.

This policy is consistent with internationally recognized standards and practices observed by similar scholarly and academic publishers worldwide. The fees are intended to cover and are applied directly toward the administrative and editorial costs incurred from the point of acceptance onward.

Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript after acceptance and fee payment should understand that:

The withdrawal of the manuscript does not automatically entitle the author to a refund.

Administrative and editorial work already completed on the manuscript constitutes a valid and reasonable use of the paid fees.

EAS Publisher will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal request in writing but cannot guarantee any refund of charges already processed or published.

Pre-Acceptance Withdrawals

Authors who withdraw their manuscript prior to receiving a formal acceptance decision will not be charged any Article Processing Charge. No payment is due or collected at the submission or peer-review stage. Accordingly, no refund will be necessary in such cases.

Exceptions to the Non-Refund Policy

EAS Publisher recognizes that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis only in the following limited scenarios:

·       Duplicate Payments

If an author or institution has made more than one payment for the same invoice or article, EAS Publisher will verify the transaction records and, upon confirmation, process a refund of the duplicate amount. The refund will be returned to the original payment method within thirty (30) business days of verification.

·       Administrative Errors

If EAS Publisher has issued an incorrect invoice or charged an amount inconsistent with the published APC schedule due to an internal administrative error, the affected author may request a correction. Upon verification, the over-charged amount will be refunded or credited toward future services.

·       Payment for Rejected Manuscript

In the rare event that a payment is collected prior to a final editorial decision and the manuscript is subsequently rejected, a full refund of the paid APC will be issued, as no editorial acceptance has been made.

·       Verified Technical Failure

If a payment was processed due to a verified technical failure in the payment system that resulted in an unintended charge, the author may submit a formal complaint with supporting evidence. EAS Publisher will investigate and, if confirmed, issue an appropriate refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, the author or authorized representative must submit a written request to EAS Publisher including the following information:

Full name of the corresponding author

Processing of Approved Refunds

Where a refund request is approved, EAS Publisher will process the refund through the original payment channel. Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions, payment gateways, and geographic location, but will generally be completed within:

        Bank transfers: 7–15 business days

Online payment platforms: 5–10 business days

EAS Publisher is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment service providers.

Currency and Transaction Costs

All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original payment. Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction costs incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refunded amount unless the error was solely attributable to EAS Publisher.
