ABSTRACT
The exploration of job satisfaction, understood as a result of an organizational intelligence process aimed at optimizing resources, is the objective of this work. A non-experimental study was carried out with a non-probabilistic selection of 350 social work professionals. An exploratory factor structure was observed that explained 80% of the total explained variance, although the research design limits the results to the scenario, suggesting the extension of the model and its contrast in other contexts.

ABSTRACT
Semantic roles denote different semantic relations that a noun phrase plays with respect to the action or state described by a predicate of a sentence. Semantic is another universal feature of language, if there is an event involving more than one participant, the speaker and the hearer care to know who is the agent, who is the patient or who is the experiencer and who is the stimulus. There seem to be some languages that, despite this obvious concern, do not mark semantic role in any consistent way. The key objective is to examine semantic role-marking in Lunyore morphology and syntax. Descriptive research design was adopted and the target population was the people of Emuhaya Sub county in Vihiga county. Purposive sampling technique was applied to gather head-marked phrases from churches, baraza sessions and Lunyore texts. The research instruments included conversations, written texts from Lunyore, participant and non-participant observations until saturation stage was attained. Data was analyzed through descriptive form. It was found that semantic role-marking was influenced by the morphological structure of the head-marked phrase. The study also found that there is a syntactic and semantic relationship in head-marked phrases. Theta theory was applicable in examining the semantic role marking in Lunyore head-marked phrases.

ABSTRACT
Juvenile crime is a huge concern across the world today. Young individuals engage in antisocial behaviors such as theft, robbery, rape, drug and substance misuse, drug trafficking, disdain for authority, and even murder. The purpose of the study was to assess the differences in juvenile crime according to family set-up among secondary school students in Kisii County, Kenya. A descriptive survey research approach was adopted. The study's target population comprised 6,357 students from selected secondary schools. The sample size included 610 students, 9 school officials (principals, deputy principals, and teacher counsellors, one from each school), and 9 parents. The sample only included pupils from grades two and three. Both probability and non-probability sampling approaches were utilized. The schools were chosen using the convenience sampling approach. In contrast, simple random sampling was used to pick student respondents from schools A and B, and purposive selection was used to select student respondents from school C and all school administrators. The parents were also picked using convenience sampling. Data was gathered through student and teacher surveys, principal interview schedules, and parent focus groups. Data was analyzed using correlation analysis with the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25. The findings revealed that upper-class adolescents were more delinquent than lower-class adolescents and that the media impacts juvenile crime. The research advised that media be used appropriately to minimize crime and that upper-class parents limit the digital gadgets available to their children.
ABSTRACT
Sex ratio at birth is defined as the number of female births per 1000 male birth. Declining Child Sex Ratio causes imbalances in child population and expected to have serious socio-demographic consequences, further reinforcing the subordination of girls and women. The issue, therefore, requires a multi-faceted response to enhance the value of girls by change in negative perceptions on girl child as well as legal measures to curb misuse of medical technology.

ABSTRACT
Indigenous leafy vegetables (ILVs) are gaining popularity as a staple indigenous diet in Kenya. Most prominent farmers, however, are underestimate these vegetables despite a steadily expanding demand, as seen by a significant supply gap. ILVs costs increase faster than their exotic counterparts as demand outpaces supply, making them unaffordable for the bulk of eager consumers. The study location was Kisii County. The study is critical because it aims to gather, examine, and disseminate vital data required to achieve the Big Four agenda approved by the Kenyan Government for realizing Kenya Vision 2030. The purpose of the study was to investigate factors influencing the production of ILVs by smallholder farmers, in Kisii County, Kenya. The target population was smallholder farmers, traders, and consumers of the ILVs. These smallholder farmers, traders, and consumers of ILVs who live near 11 market centres of Kisii County made up the sampling group. Using Cochran's sample size calculation procedure for an unknown population, 349 responses comprised the study's sample size. Descriptive statistics like frequency and percentage were employed to describe the population's demographic and socioeconomic features. Inferential statistics was performed using the mean and standard deviation to examine the relationship between the independent and dependent variables. Data analysis involved several steps, beginning with data collection and ending with a complete presentation of the study findings. Related information was compiled during the procedure after the analysis of the data. The results indicated that ILVs benefitted smallholder farmers, traders and consumers in terms of finances and nutrition.

ABSTRACT
This study investigates the effect of methanolic root extract of Asparagus pubescens on the male reproductive system in rabbits. Male reproductive organs is essential for producing and maintaining sperm, secreting testosterone, and transporting sperm to the female reproductive tract, include the testicles and accessory organs such as the epididymis, vas deferens, and prostate gland. The testicles, being the primary site of sperm and testosterone production, play a critical role in male fertility. Experimental animals were divided into four treatment groups and corresponding control groups. The plant extract was administered at low (250 mg/kg) and normal (500 mg/kg) doses for 14 and 21 days, respectively. Control groups, which received no treatment, showed no abnormal physical observations. Fertility assays included female rabbits, all of which became pregnant, confirming the fertility of the male rabbits used. Post-mortem analysis of testes from treated groups revealed no gross pathological changes. Histological examination indicated no disruptions in spermatogenesis across all treated groups, comparable to controls. The absence of pathological changes suggests that Asparagus pubescens does not exhibit visible contraceptive effects on male reproductive organs based on histological techniques. Estrogen’s role in regulating fluid reabsorption in the male reproductive tract suggests that the extract’s antiestrogenic activity might produce a contraceptive effect. Further research is necessary to explore its potential as a male contraceptive.

ABSTRACT
The level of competition in the culinary sector continues to increase, both from national food businesses and the invasion of culinary company branches from abroad entering Indonesia. Customer satisfaction is the main key in winning the competition. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of food court aesthetics, customer emotions, and service quality on customer satisfaction at food courts in the East Jakarta area. This research succeeded in collecting data through a customer survey of 170 food court customers in Jakarta Timur Indonesia. The sampling method used in this research was convenience sampling. We use multiple regression analysis where customer satisfaction is the dependent variable and food court aesthetic factors, customer emotions, and the quality of service provided by the food court are exogenous variables. The collected data is then processed using the Smart PLS data processing tool. Partial Least Square measures two submodels, namely the outer measurement submodel or outer measurement model and the structural model or inner model or inner measurement submodel. The results of this research found that food court aesthetics, customer emotions, and service quality have a statistically significant effect on customer satisfaction. The implications and limitations of this research are also discussed in this article.
