The Effect of Organizational Commitment, Work Attitudes and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) On Job Satisfaction and Its Implication on Employee Performance at Government Treasury Agency of Aceh Province, Indonesia

The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work attitudes and OCB on job satisfaction and its impact on employee performance of the financing regulatory agency of Aceh. The study conducted of 327 employees of the institution. Data collected by questionnaire, and structural equation model (SEM) is operationalized to analyze the data. The study found that organizational commitment, work attitudes and organizational citizenship behavior have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The job satisfaction mediates the effect of the three exogenous variable on the employee performance. The mediating effect of job satisfaction as a intervening variable is partial mediation.
